EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY

The air-conditioning technology in the offices is controlled using three different systems:

1. Concrete core activation - heating and cooling of the concrete ceiling
2. Cooling ceilings - cooling by radiation through a ceiling suspension made from perforated aluminum
3. Ventilation - heating and cooling of the incoming air via a ventilation outlet in the ceiling suspension
